my chai is locally brewed fresh in Oregon. It's not brewed until you order it. This insures that the freshest product makes it into your customers drinks. This is a very distictive difference with our chai products.

You must own or be affiliated directly with a cafe/coffee shop/ drive thru etc. You must request a sample to try it out first. Must be for Business/Cafe use only. Maximum amount of mychai to be awarded should not exceed more than 4 cases ( 6 - 1/2 containers of mychai per case).

In the Winter of 2005 I decided to brew a pot of chai from my family recipe. I shared this chai with my friends and they loved it! So, I decided to brew a bigger batch in a 5 gallon pot that I bought from Costco. That 5 gallon pot grew to a 20 gallon pot, then the 20 gallon pot grew to a 70 gallon square kettle, that I made out of two sinks. Within 6 months, the 70 gallon square kettle grew to a 170 gallon kettle and all of my kettles had taken over my living room and kitchen. 4 years later all of my kettles have now grown to a 700 gallon kettle, and they have found a proper home at my production facility. I am looking forward to sharing my passion of My Chai with all of you!
I brew My Chai the same way my mother and her mother brewed their Chai in India when I was a little boy. My family recipe has been passed from one generation to another. My Chai is made from only the very best organic whole ingredients ground from scratch. I use a 24 hour process, so My Chai is bold, smooth, and spicy.
As a little boy growing up in India, I felt that I was connected emotionally to this world the same way I was connected to my little town. At the age of 16, the dream of learning about the world came true when I took a job as an International tour and travel guide.
After my parents advice, I decided to come to the USA to further my education at the age of 21. While exploring various fields from software development to product design, I thought food is the way to go to express myself and my passion of cultural understanding among my friends and family here in the USA. This journey of food has taken me down the path to start my Chai and share my passion for food.
